Can I simultaneously view the screen my attendees see during my meeting?

Yes. Windows 7 has a split screen feature that you can use to display your virtual room and see what your attendee’s view at the same time.  In order for this to work, you will need to use 2 different browsers:

  1. In the first browser, sign in and open your virtual room.
  2. In the second browser, join the meeting as an attendee.  Locate and use the Meeting ID number from the meeting in the first browser. You will be able to use same email address to sign in.
  3. Use the Window 7 split screen feature to position and place both browsers on opposite sides of your computer screen.

This setup will enable you to watch what your attendees see while you are actively working in your meeting.

What are the system requirements for using eFlipchart?

PC or Laptop, Mobile, Tablet

  • Internet Explorer 9 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 4.0 or higher, Google Chrome 5.0 or higher (Javascript enabled)
  • Windows 8, 7, Vista
  • Cable Modem, DSL or better internet connection 700 Kbps or faster)
  • Dual-core 2.4 GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of Ram

Does eFlipchart comply with internet security standards for my business data that is collected during meetings?

All data is stored behind strong passwords (and changed regularly) on secured servers in the cloud with the following protections:

  • 24/7 Server Monitoring and Support
  • All data is stored on redundant disk arrays
  • Non-facility personnel are never permitted shell access
  • All production hardware is housed in SSAE 16- or SAS 70-compliant data centers with enhanced physical security
  • IP access restrictions (Subversion)
  • All meetings are private and secure, and  feature end-to-end SSL. No unencrypted information is ever stored on our system.

Due to these measures you can be confident that all of your business data and internal IP are safe and secured.

During my meeting, what is to be done when eFlipchart seems like it stops responding?

Unfortunately, the Internet is not perfect and, as a result, you may on occasion experience situations where your browser or application seems like it hangs up. In such cases, try refreshing your browser during your meeting. This is usually accomplished by clicking on the “Refresh” icon, which looks like arrow(s) moving in a circle. Or, in other cases, you can use a command feature such as “F5” or “Ctrl + R”.

Who needs to register to participate in an eFlipchart virtual meeting?

You will be able to participate as a Facilitator or as an Attendee.

  1. As a facilitator, you will need to register for an account so you can create meetings and invite others to join in.
  2. Your  attendees do NOT need to register in order to attend your meetings.

How do attendees join my meeting?

  1. Go to https://eflipchart.com
  2. Select Join a Meeting
    a. Enter the Meeting ID
    b. Enter a Name
    c. Enter your email
    d. Click Signin

Do you have audio available for our meetings?

Audio is not supported at this time. If you are in need of audio, you may want to register for a  free web-conferencing  number that are available on the web.
